Went to the folder where it's located and battle net can't find it, presumably cause its not updated. How do I update. My internet is working fine, that's how I got to the download page in the first place. I'm using chrome, but I've tried it on edge as well and nothing works. I've changed the download location, disabled the antivirus, etc.

It just gets stuck on "downloading new files " and never advances. I spoke with the tech support, and to summarize what I have done here is his response. The app is scanning game files in infinite loop. If the bltadwin.ru App is stuck in a Scan & Repair loop, this usually indicates that your game data is corrupted.
